Room Rates & Taxes

The above mentioned room rates are exclusive of Government taxes.
The above mentioned room rates will be applicable on per room per night basis.
Hotel requires advance deposit at the time of check-in for all the reservations with Cash / Credit Card payment method.

Check-in Requirements

Hotel requires original passport along with a valid visa upon check-in for all foreigner guests and original computerized national identity card (CNIC) for Pakistani citizens.
Hotel holds no responsibility of any loss of valuables & currency left in the room or elsewhere.

All forms of Drugs and Alcohol are strictly prohibited in any part of the facility.
All forms of adult activities are strictly prohibited.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Our standard check-in time is 14:00. Arrivals before 14:00 are subject to availability unless guaranteed and paid from the previous night.
Our standard checkout time is 12:00. Late checkout requests will be considered on subject to availability basis and may be liable for an extra nights room rent.

Reservation Policy

All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card or advance deposit.
Guaranteed reservations must be cancelled / amend at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid No-show or cancellation charges.
In case of no-show or late cancellations or late amendments, entire room revenue will be charged for guaranteed reservations only.
The reservation request received within 24 hours prior to the arrival will be considered as Guaranteed Reservation therefore in the event of No-show or amendment in date or cancellation the entire room revenue will be charged.

Services & Facilities

Airport transfer facility can only be provided with prior flight information along with guest contact details (Chargeable).
Laundry / Pressing services available from 07:00 to 18:00. Pressing service delivery after 07:00. Drop your clothes for laundry 08 hours prior to required time & 06 hours prior for pressing.

General Terms

"Xefan Hotels" reserve the right of admission (staying guest & visitor for the staying guest), to change the rate or terms & conditions or withdraw any of the facilities without prior notice.
